Software metering, combined with software inventory,
helps your company to remain compliant to the number of licenses
you have purchased.
Software metering tracks the usage
of software applications and controls the number of licensed
copies for each application. One of several business rules
can be selected, by application, to respond to the user when
the numbers of licenses are exceeded.
